I usually eat three or four times a day. I usually have breakfast at 7. I have a coffee with milk and sugar and a sandwitch. I have lunch at 12. I eat soup, meat or fish ans some vegetables. I drink juice or tea. I have dinner late, at 8 or 9 o'clock. I have some vegetable. I drink milk. And before going to bed at 11 or 12 I usually have late dinner - i drink kefir or eat some fruits. I think that a I have a healthy diet. I try not to eat much salt and sugar and fat food. Sometimes I eat fastfood, I know it is bad but it is so tasty.
