It`s bad to eat fast food or junk food. Because It contains too much of bad ingredients.

You can bacome stout, unhealthy. You will hardly move, you will not be able to run fast, to do something quickly. You will bacome shy, not self-assured or somebody can will laugh at you. It is not good. You will have to jog, to do sports exercises, to overcome yourself don`t eat this food.

But better don`t eat unhealthy food. Do more jogging, morning exercises and of course eat healthy and useful food. Persuade your friends, kins, kith.
