Each person is different in his own way, and I am no exception. Susan has got short fair hair and big grey eyes. Объясните почему здесь has got, а не просто has?
Можно и has, смысл не меняется. Вот только have got/has got используется как раз тогда, когда нужно сказать о характеристике человека, как он выглядит, что здесь как раз подходит.
I can’t climb the wall because I haven't got a ladder. Опять же не понимаю почему haven't got, а не don't have.
Have got/has got используется также тогда, когда нужно сказать о принадлежности чего-то кому-то.
