I’d like to describe the character of my mother because she is ideal for me. My mum is 50. She has two children. But she looks her best4. My mother has intelligent appearance. She always is dressed spick and span5. What about the character? My mother gets well with6 people so she has many friends. Everyone says that she has a heart of gold. She is modest, calm, honest and frank. I always come to her when I need advice. Sometimes she is a shoulder to cry on7. But my mother usually speaks her mind8 and never tells me off9. I think she is more practical and realistic, but from time to time she is sensitive. She has always taught us not to afford the heart rule the head. And when we pick on anyone we should always put ourselves in other people’s shoes10. The only her fault that she takes problems to heart11. So my mother is friendly and faithful. But there are some things which she dislikes. For example she hates cruel12, sly13 and envious14 people. I think that everyone must have a person whom it is possible to talk on equal with15. People have always wanted to be healthier, but when it comes to asking them, "what should you do in order to be healthier?", they get a bit puzzled. Actually, we know what to do, so the only question is, "do we want to do it?". In case you really want to be healthier, you must know some rules. First of all, you should not eat fast food, because it will lead to obesity. So, if you are very hungry, you will better eat an apple or something that is not that "dangerous" for your stomach. Secondly, do the sport! Nowadays, doing any sport may be expenssive, but no worries, you can do some exercises right at your home! If you don't know which ones to do, there are plenty of them if you look for them in the Internet. But I should also mention that we should not overwork ourselves, because, in that case, our body can easily get too tired. Hence we can try to be healthier gradually. Anyway, it's important to say that we should ask our doctor for help, because he knows better what is good for our health.
