Past simple либо в present perfect ​

1.Globalisation is developing of a single world economy and culture. 2.It (Globalisation) is a result of improved technology and communications and the influence of very large multinational companies. 3. The world is seen as a global village in which all countries depend on each other and are closer to each other. 

4.Anti-globalists say that it (Globalisation) exploits workers and degrades the environment. 5.They think that multinational companies are crushing the cultures of smaller nations. 

6.But globalist argue that world trade makes everyone richer and through trading international understanding increases.

1) I would prefer to live in a new modern flat, because I want to have all modern conveniences such as gas supply, heating, cold and hot water etc.
2) as we are four in my family so that we need a flat with four rooms: one for my parents, the second for my granny, the third for me and a big light hall for everybody.
 3) the kitchen is the room which we use most in my house, because my mum cooks tasty cakes and we like to sit together to drink tea, eat and talk.
 4) my private room is my favourite room, because I spend much time there.
 5) I decorate my room with photos on the walls and with flowers on the window-sills.
