7.00 - lifting, exercise, cleaning the bed, going to the toilet. 7.30 - 7.50 - the first breakfast, the way to school. 8.30 - 12.30 - lessons at school, with included lunch at school at 11.00. 12.30 - 13.00 - the road from the school, combined with a walk. 13.00 - 13.30 - homemade hot lunch. 13.00 - 14.30 - siesta. 14.30 - 17.30 - preparation homework with the included snack at 16.00. 17.30 - 19.30 - Walk or free time for children. 19.00 - 20.00 - dinner and free time. 20.00 - 20.30 - preparation for sleep.
