1. I believe I am leading a healthy lifestyle. I get up at 6.40 and do my morning exercises, then go to school.
2. Every night I sleep from 5 to 7 hours.
3. I do different exercises.
4. I have a balanced diet. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, drink clean water, try not to eat fatty and fried foods.
5. I feel stressed when I have a lot of homework.
6. My friends, dad and mom are very supportive.
