The most favourite dish of our family is julienne (жульен). It is baked mushrooms with vegetables, chicken, onion, under cream sauce and cheese. At any our family holiday we eat this tasty dish. Usually, all members of us take part in preparation. My father peels potatoes and onion, mother cuts vegetables and mushrooms, my brother grates cheese and I make a sauce and put some salt. It is so funny. We speak and try to do everything well. My dad says riddles and we try to find answers to riddles. When the dish is ready, we come to the table!
