It seems to me that Americans are very stupid. Why do I think so? Because I saw some of the strangest US laws. Do not believe me? Then read it yourself.
1) In New Orleans, you can not tie crocodiles to hydrants.
2) In the province of Nova Scotia, it is forbidden to water lawns during rain.
3) Also in the US it is considered a crime to go to bed without taking off your shoe.
4) In California, a fine threatens anyone who blows up nuclear weapons within the city.
5) All, however, surpass the authorities of the city of Montgomery. They forbade people to open umbrellas on the streets.
These laws are in force in the United States.
