Victor Makeev was born on October 25, 1924 in the village of Protopopov (now the village of Kirov, Kolomna). Since 1939 he worked at an aircraft factory in Moscow, since 1941 - in evacuation in Kazan - a draftsman, a designer. He showed his ability to solve design tasks skilfully in conditions of intense serial production of Pe-2 aircraft. He studied at the evening department of the KAI (1942), then was transferred to the day department of the MAI (1944). In 1950 he graduated from the Higher Engineering Courses at MVTU. NE Bauman. Since 1947, in parallel with his studies, he worked at OKB-1 of NII-88 as a leading designer (until 1955). The participant of the creation (the leading designer) of the operational-tactical missile R-11 and the first marine ballistic missile R-11FM. In 1950-1952 he worked as an instructor of the Central Committee of the Komsomol. In 1955, at the suggestion of Sergei Korolev appointed chief designer SKB-385. Since 1963 - the head of the enterprise and the chief designer, since 1977 - beginning. enterprise, general designer. Under his leadership, KB became the leading scientific and design organization of the country, formed a branched cooperation of research institutes, design bureaus, manufacturing plants, test ranges, which solved the problems of developing, manufacturing and testing missile systems for the Navy.

It is a part of London for people with a big amount of money. Contrarily, the East End means poverty, working people are its inhabitants. The City is a business place. Here you can find a great amount of offices, companies, business centers. Lastly, Westmister is full of  sightseeing attractions.
