Для начала необходимо перевести и понять смысл предложения.
1.Если в предложении говорится о том, что одно лучше другого и стоит than ,то выбираем сравнительную степень (одно сравнивается с другим ).
Fast -faster.
A plane is faster than a train.
Самолет быстрее поезда.
2.Если же в предложении говорится что кто-то или что-то лучше всех , в своём роде , то выбираем превосходную степень (дословно превосходит в чем -то ).
Good- better- the best (это исключение, необходимо запомнить.)
She is the best pupil in our class.
Она лучшая ученица в нашем классе.

It is a sunny Sunday. Every Sunday I go to the park. The park is located near my home. At the moment I am sitting on the grass . I usually look up to the artist , who everytime draws something. Now he is drawing an old stray dog which enjoys the warm weather. But, my attention is being attracting by the children . They are playing with water of the fontan . Their clothes is very wet. Children's parents only are smiling and taking photos their personal small little happiness. I think, today is such beautiful day
