Secondly, if there is not Tv, people will read more. Besides, Tv makes people lazy and passive. And so, if there is not Tv, people will move more, and to sit in front of Tv less. But it has disadvantages too. It is difficult to imagine our life without Tv, because Tv gives us many pleasure. Also, there are a lot of programs, which tell us about the world. And, when we watch Tv, we broaden our minds. In conclusion, I want to say, that Tv is our enemy, but nowadays people can not live without Tv.
People have always wanted to be healthier, but when it comes to asking them, "what should you do in order to be healthier?", they get a bit puzzled. Actually, we know what to do, so the only question is, "do we want to do it?". In case you really want to be healthier, you must know some rules. First of all, you should not eat fast food, because it will lead to obesity. So, if you are very hungry, you will better eat an apple or something that is not that "dangerous" for your stomach. Secondly, do the sport! Nowadays, doing any sport may be expenssive, but no worries, you can do some exercises right at your home! If you don't know which ones to do, there are plenty of them if you look for them in the Internet. But I should also mention that we should not overwork ourselves, because, in that case, our body can easily get too tired. Hence we can try to be healthier gradually. Anyway, it's important to say that we should ask our doctor for help, because he knows better what is good for our health.
