2.Yes, I once tried to use it with my grandfather. He wanted to learn how to send emails to communicate with his family. He is often bored and not all relatives manage to visit him. Thus, having learned how to use messages, he can easily establish a connection with them. At first it was difficult for him, but now he can easily send messages to his loved ones.
