In my opinion, The English language is the language of the future as it is already spoken in all parts of the World. That's why I think my further education and career will be connected with it. The knowledge of English will definitely provide me better opportunities in finding a suitable job after I have graduated from college or university. Apart from that, the knowledge of this great language will help me to make friends all over the world.
What makes English special for me is the way it sounds. It is not as harsh in sounding as German but it is not as beautiful as Italian or Spanish. English speech resembles the pronunciation of tight, fast, and clever phrases in my native language. I would say it is the language of intelligent people. The most interesting thing about English that its grammar is rather simple. Of course, there are a number of rules to learn and a great variety of words to remember by heart, but there is still some flexibility in it, which makes it easier to study.
