Васютка главный герой  мальчик лет тринадцати,сын бригадира рыбаков Григория Шадрина.Это храбрый и смелый мальчик который родился и вырос в тяжелом краю.Он рано стал самостоятельным и старался во всем следовать "таежным законам" что пригодилось ему в жизни.В свои тринадцать он многое узнал и умел.Отец часто брал его на промысел  где он знакомился с образом жизни рыбаков.Когда работы было мало рыбаки любили собираться и расказывать друг другу всякие небылицы,щелкая кедровые орешки.Васютки было скучновато по этому он сбегал в лес  за орешками и просто побродить!)                                                        (Может быть  с ошибками)
