Passive Voice Simple образуется при глагола to be (в нужном времени и в нужной форме) и V3. Чтобы переделать Active в Passive, прежде всего, нужно определить над кем или над чем происходит действие. Например, в этом предложении действие происходит над стенами, которые красят. Во-вторых, нужно определить какое время в активном залоге. Например, в исходном предложении глагол "paint" стоит в Present Simple. Значит и пассивный залог у нас будет в настоящем времени - Present Passive Active. Поэтому в пассивном залоге глагол to be стоит в настоящем времени (форма "are" потому что "walls" - множественное число). И, в-третьих, если указано в исходном предложении, кто совершает действие, то указываем это и в пассиве - через слово "by"
