My yoga classes
Every morning I go to yoga classes. Yoga is
a good start of the day. It may seem that
this is an easy exercise, but it is not. Yoga is
a very difficult exercise. To do it you need
to have very strong arms and legs. Yoga is
good not only for the body, but also, for
the mind. We do exercises next to the
pond in the park. It's very relaxing. We
listen to the sounds of nature. Yoga also
teaches you how to balance your body. I
met good friends here and we sometimes
meet after school. I really like our yoga
teacher. She always helps us when we
can't do a new exercise.

Thanks for your letter. It was great to hear from you again. I’m proud that you do a big favor for your family, helping your parents with household chores. Unfortunately, I can’t brag about a long list of family responsibilities, which I do. I usually do easy tasks such as washing the dishes and bringing things. As for shopping, we always go to the mall together at the weekends. It’s the greatest way to spend time with family and enjoy shopping. Besides this, when we have some free time, we go to a café at the center of Rostov, where we spend our time with joy and fun!

   The problem of air pollution is not limited to the space outside. The air inside our homes and offices can be as dangerous to your health. The main source of pollution - cigarette smoke, but it is not the only one. Toxins are allocated even when you just cook. Every time you scratch the Teflon non-stick coating is allocated enough toxins to kill a canary.
 Greenhouse effect, which we all have been associated with the phenomenon of global warming, caused by toxic gases. The main enemy of clear atmosphere - methane. It is released from the decomposition of sewage.
Greatly affects our waterways. In every neighborhood, in every city there drain sewer, storm water from the highways and municipal enterprises directly into the river. Everything goes into the water, passing minor cleaning steps.
