The cheapest place to rest is Kemer, it costs 400$ per 1 person. But the place to rest  in Dubai costs more expensive 1000$ per 1 person. Temperature in the cities are very different, In June in Dubai 39-40 C in the air and 31 C in the water, there very hot, in Kemer warm 28-32 C in the air and 25 C water. In This tour packages in the Dubai's hotel is the most confortable, this hotel has 5 stars, in the Kemer's hotel is less comfortable, this hotel has 4 stars.
