Today I'd like to tell you about my favourite kind of sport and about my attitude to sports in general. They say, a sound mind in a sound body. I agree with this statement and I think it's absolutely true. You can never be a happy person if your health is poor. Sport is the thing that helps you not only to be strong, but also to remain healthy and happy. It also helps you to feel better and fills your life with positive emotions. – Сегодня я хотел бы рассказать вам о моем любимом виде спорта, о спортсмене, которым я восхищаюсь, да и о моем отношении к спорту в целом. Есть пословица: «В здоровом теле — здоровый дух». Я с ней согласен и думаю, что это абсолютно верно.
