everything that is most valuable from a literary point of view has been translated to Russian language, but everything else is not worth to learn a second language. And such people are the vast majority. But I think that if you really want to learn or not to learn a foreign language, you need to consult someone who knows at least one language apart from their mother. Why? Because it is strange to ask about the benefits and values of a foreign language in the one who does not know and therefore not able to assess the benefits that the person gains through such knowledge.
