7. The satellite was to be launched in the beginning of summer.
8. It isn't to be heated over 50 degrees.
9. You are to ask your  parents  to come to school.
10. This problem is to be solved by the government in the nearest future.

B: I like blue better then red. Why?

A: According to  this magazine article I  am reading right now , people who prefer blue to red are  calm and value honesty and loyalty in theit friends. A preference for the colour  red means that a person is  aggressive and loves  excitement. 

B: Oh ? That sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me.
