as you know ,junk food is very popular nowadays.It's cheap and tasty, but there are a lot of disadvantages of eating such food,for example , you'll get fat because of the large amount of calories , besides if you eat fast food very often you'll have stomach ache and other illnesses. By the way, if you want to be in a good shape you should eat only healthuy food such as:vegetables, meat and fruit.

Well,i think if you want to be healthy ,strong , keep fit and do not want to spoil your health, you  won't eat to much junk food and drink harmful drinks and you'll lead a healthy lifestyle.

Finally started summer. I really love this time of year, because nothing to do.
This summer I went around the gold ring of Russia. We have been in many cities, such as Suzdal, Vladimir, Yaroslavl'. We saw a lot of old buildings. church. temples, the credit, and very many monuments.
I go fishing with papa in Belorusiyu. We lived in a village near the city Turov. We have prepared for an ear, they katlis on a catamaran and of course they catch fish.
So I had in the village grandma and grandpa, I learn to ride in the car with dad in the fields. I ate a lot of berries, fruits and vegetables. I really like to live in the country.
Of course I went out with my friends, we went to the movies in the river was much all funny. Too bad the summer is gone forever.
