Today we talk a lot about gender equity and female empowerment but, when it comes to assigning responsibility or showing trust for official work people still prefer male professionals. Professional life is not easy for females. There are lots of hurdles and one of the biggest problems is that female professionals do not help their female colleagues and bosses, as a rule. The Post World-War II period was quite hostile towards females and there were few females working at a high position. Thanks to education and the changing mindset of the people now the situation is better.
Earlier females had to fight for everything. The conditions were more difficult. Now there are few jobs that are considered not suitable for females. Nowadays females are well-educated and can manage difficult tasks with full confidence and tactfully.
But we should mention that female professionals are more under pressure and they put an extra effort to perform their management well.
It is really difficult to answer for sure if one gender is better than the other. There are several factors that can affect a person’s performance. Though for some work females are better, but for some other jobs, males are more competent. One of the positive traits of female bosses is that they are more supportive. Females can read the mind and feel better emotions of others, so these qualities also help them in managing other people more effectively.
The debates about males versus females are never-ending, but we should remember it is important an individual should perform his/her duty in a proper way and that counts but not the fact whether he/she is just a male or female.

Профессиональная жизнь не легка для женщин. Есть много препятствий, и одна из самых больших проблем заключается в том, что женщины-профессионалы, как правило, не своим коллегам-женщинам и боссам. Послевоенный период был весьма враждебным по отношению к женщинам, и мало кто из женщин работал на высоких должностях. Благодаря образованию и изменению менталитета людей сейчас ситуация лучше.
Раньше женщинам приходилось бороться за всё. Состояние было более тяжелым. Сейчас есть немного профессий, которые считаются не подходящими для женщин. Теперь женщины хорошо образованы и могут решать сложные задачи с полной уверенностью и тактичностью.
Женщины-профессионалы находятся под большим давлением, и они прилагают дополнительные усилия, чтобы хорошо работать.
Действительно трудно ответить наверняка, лучше ли, один пол, чем другой. Есть несколько факторов, которые могут повлиять на производительность человека. Хотя для некоторых работ женщины лучше, но в некоторых других работах мужчины более компетентны. Одной из положительных черт женщин-боссов является то, что они больше поддерживают сотрудников. Женщины могут читать мысли и лучше чувствовать эмоции других, поэтому эти качества также им более эффективно управлять другими людьми.
Споры о мужчинах и женщинах не заканчиваются, но мы должны помнить, что важно, чтобы человек выполнял свой долг надлежащим образом, и это имеет значение, но не тот факт, является ли он мужчиной или женщиной.
Home is a family, it is a small homeland, from which love for one's native country begins. The family plays a big role in the life of every person.
Each person has relatives and close people who are always there, who can be trusted and who can be relied upon in any situation - these are members of his family. That is why the family plays such an important role in our lives.
There are five of us in the family: mom, dad, older sister, brother and me. We are very close-knit family. My older sister is twenty-two. She studies at the university and works. My brother is 12 years old and is in the 6th grade.
My parents work a lot. They are both doctors and by eight in the morning every day they leave for a shift at the clinic. Nevertheless, my mother always manages to cook a delicious breakfast for the whole family and sit at the table with us for a while to pay attention to everyone.
In the evening, our family also always gathers at the same table. We exchange impressions, sum up the past day, have dinner and drink tea with various desserts that dad usually buys after work to pamper us.
This is how everyday life goes in our family. We travel every weekend and holidays. It can be just a trip to the nearest entertainment center or a trip to the countryside.
My parents are kind, but rather strict in the upbringing of their children and grandchildren. They always give me, my sister and my brother good advice on how to live and share their life experiences.
I can say that we are a very friendly family. My parents understand us at first sight, and we help each other without further ado.
