Speech Practice: My Study at the Academy. MY STUDY AT THE ACADEMY I study at the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of Russian Federation. There are three specialties at the Academy: Law, Management and Civil Service. More than 100 teachers train specialists in several fields. Our Academy was established in 1995. About 1000 students study at its day-time and correspondence departments. At the disposal of the students there is a library and a computer centre. It’s a pity but there is no hostel at the Academy. It’s very interesting and cognitive to study at the Academy. The term of training at the Academy is four years. The working day of our students begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Every day the students have lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical exercises. We study different subjects such as History, Philosophy, English, Criminalistics, Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law and many others. After classes the students can be engaged in sports, can have scientific societies, various clubs. After graduation from the Academy the students of our faculty get a diploma of lawуer.
