Dear Sir or Madam,
I wish to express my utter dissatisfaction with the pens which I bought from your Nariman Narimanov branch on 10th January 2022. On using them for the first time, I found out that the pens are clearly not satisfactory, they are faulty - some of them leak and others blot when writing.
When I phoned your shop to report the issue, Ms Mary, who introduced herself as a receptionist, said that the shop can neither replace them nor offer me a refund! She said, that I should check everything before buying it, and this was really disappointing!
As the pens clearly does not function as them should, I am writing to you to ask for a full refund of the $118 retail price. I am hoping that you would either refund the money or replace the product.
