I'm really overweight! I've cut out breakfast and all fatty foods, but I just can't seem to lose weight.

Don't despair! First of all, you should always eat breakfast! Imagine you're a car. If your fuel tank is empty, it doesn't go anywhere! Also, if you skip meals, you often eat more later and put on weight. You should eat a balanced diet and take plenty of exercise. That's the best way to lose weight!

If you exercise regularly, your body copes with stress much better. Also, try not to drink too much coffee, and tea. If you drink a lot of caffeine, it increases anxiety.

sport is very important part of our life. it's help us to be strong and healthy. if you want to be healthy, you should do sports exersize. for the first, morning exersize. it takes not so much time, but it can give you evergy for the whole day. people, who doing sports, have a beautiful body.

  many people really like sports and it's not only hobby. clear as day they are professionals. people to start small,  get skills of sport and dream about good career. if they give all themself to this, they will be successful and dream come true. for example, lewis hamilton. when lewis was six, his father gave him a radio-controlled car, so it's was start of his success. 

in any case all people need sport, becouse sport is life.
