Опасность для людей при природных явлениях заключается в разрушении дорожных и мостовых покрытий, сооружений, воздушных линий электропередачи и связи, наземных трубопроводов, а также поражении людей обломками разрушенных сооружений, осколками стекол, летящими с большой скоростью.
