First of all, a successful applicant should have nice personality, pleasant appearance and have good presentation skills. He or she should be confident in themselves and be positive people. 
It is huge stress for everyone to get through the interview; however it will be better to stay calm during whole conversation. Candidates should be honest and avoid lying at all. Professional skills at the CV should be confirmed as well by giving examples, sharing experience. Most employers like self-organized and highly motivated people, who are able to work under pressure - so stress resistance is a must! 

I really love pets. And finally my parents gave me a kitten for my birthday.

It was small, fluffy, black with a white spot on the forehead. The aunt had the shape of a star, so everyone started calling the kitten a star. My kitten had a round face with a black nose, shiny eyes and small standing ears.

How funny it was! Thick, on short legs. Every time she saw me, she ran up and rubbed my legs, as if inviting me to play with him. The kitten had a cheerful disposition, and therefore very quickly became a favorite of the family.
