В Казахстане отмечаются как известные и любимые всеми праздники, так и свои – особенные. Но даже у тех праздников, которые мы знаем с самого детства, есть свои тонкости. Например, Новый год в Казахстане принято отмечать два раза. В ночь с 31 декабря на 1 января – в соответствии с европейскими традициями, это первый раз. Второй Новый год празднуется 21-23 марта – после наступления весеннего равноденствия. Что любопытно, обе даты государственно узаконены в качестве официальных праздников.
