Milk, on the other hand, can cause many problems, Some people, like my father, insist on punting the milk in the mug first and thon povaring in in the tea. My mother always complains absut this way of doing it. She prelers to brew the wa, pour it into a mug and then add the milk. She says that this way she can make sure it cods up the right shade of brown. Some people like their tea very milky, othees like it with very litle milk. As far as I'm concemed, the true cup of tea should be a medium to dark brown - something we often refer to as a builder's brew.
