Nowdays it is really hard to keep your health in a good shape.The problem is that our environment becomes more and more worser every single day.But as for me I try to keep my healf in a good shape and take care of it.For example every morning and evening I brush my teeth.I try to eat healthy food such as vegetables, fruits and cereal.Also I like to spend a few ours in the open air,somewhere in the forest to give my luns a little bit of a fresh air.But you shouldn't forget about other people health and you should not leave any trash in the public places-clean after you.
