AT INTERVIEW FOR A JOB
On Wednesday I had an important interview for a job.I (got up) at 7 o`clock in the morning and (shaved) carefully. I (put on) my best jacket and trousers. I (had to travel) by train , so I (walked) to the station.
On my way I (saw) a man who (was painting) his fence with red paint.The man (didn't notice) me: he (was looking) at the fence.Then he (turned) suddenly and (splashed) my beautiful trousers! The man (apologised) to me, but the damage (had already been done).
''If I (go) home , I (will be late) for the interview". I (thought) There (is) a department store not far from the station , so I (decided) to buy a new pair.
I (found) a nice pair of trousers and since I (was) in a hurry, I (decided) to change on the train. The stop (was) full , so I (paid) hurriedly for my trousers, (took) my shopping bag and (left) .
I (arrived) at the station just in time to catch the train. Now I (was sure) that I (wouldn't be late) for the interview. I (smiled) happily at an elderly lady who (was staring) at my trousers and (went) to the toilet to change. I (threw) my stained trousers out of the window. Then I (opened) the bag to get my new ones , but all I (found) was a pink woollen sweater!

my best day at school, as for each of my friends, is when there are few lessons, when after school you can go outside and run around the young grass, hear the smell of freshly cut grass and know that after a couple of days the holidays. when in your hands a report card with perfect grades and parents call to once again praise for success in school.
each one has his best day at school, his own memories, some remember the day when some fives were in the diary, others — the day when smart buns were made in the dining room. but i believe that the best day at school is the very first day, when we are surrounded by uncertainty, and at this moment we take the path of a new life, towards endless adventures!
