С He/She/It мы к концу любого глагола добавляем S (plays, sings, runs)
С I/We/You к концу глагола ничего не добавляется (bring, look, tell)
В вопросах никогда не добавляется S к глаголу.

Ну вот,где есть does или doesnt там уже не надо окончания s (playS)Например He does't go или Does he go?Окончание S перенослось от какого-то глагола к DoeS. Где множественное число там вообще не нужно окончания s, окончания s нужно когда he she it.Что еще объяснить пиши в комментарии!
