Everybody knows that sports have many positive effects on a person's life. They are a good source of both exercise and entertainment.

But today lots of people express an opinion regarding the prohibition against the violence in sports. People believe that sports such as baseball, volleyball, cricket, basketball and such different games can serve as very good recreational activities, but violent sports such as boxing should be banned. Boxing should be banned because it teaches people to use their arms instead of their words, and it can cause very serious injuries.

But his opponents say that boxing is one of the oldest contact sports known to mankind. Boxing comes from ancient Rome where it was included in the gladiator contests. It is violent, but no more violent than football, which encourages people to attack one another.

So that, in conclusion I`d like to say that is highly controversial point to discussion.

I would like to spend my summer holidays in the country. I like nature very much. Last holidays I had to stay in the city because my friends really wanted me to and so I did. My grandparents have a house in the country, it's located next in a village to the forest. I would like to try collecting mushrooms and berries there. I also want to swim in the river near the village and see if there is any fish. Maybe I'll try fishing too, I'm sure my grandpa will teach me how to do it. This summer is going to be amazing!
