После субъекта ставится глагол в форме Past Simple. Если глагол правильный (regular), добавляют окончание -ed. Если неправильный (irregular) - смотрим в таблицу неправильных глаголов (второй столбец) и заодно запоминаем (см. первое фото).
Отрицательное предложение (negative):
I, you, we, they, he, she, it + didn't + 
После субъекта ставится сначала вс глагол didn't, а потом главный глагол в его БАЗОВОЙ ФОРМЕ (форма инфинитива, но без частицы 'to'). То есть, 'I didn't do' (не 'I didn't did'), 'I didn't take' (не 'I didn't took').
Вопросительное предложение (interrogative):

В начале вопросительного предложения ставится вс глагол did, после этого - субъект, после этого - главный глагол в его БАЗОВОЙ ФОРМЕ.
