Я напишу оба варианта, то бишь, и отрицательный, и вопросительный. 

1) My pen isn't thin. Is my pen thin?
2) Kate is not a teacher. Is Kate a teacher?
3) She is not opening. Is she opening?
4) Jack is not an engineer. Is Jack an engineer?
5) I'm not closing the door. Am I close the door?
6) Tom is not a good boy. Is Tom a good boy? 
7) This is not my book. Is it my book?
