В повествовательных предложениях всегда сначала идут подлежащее, потом сказуемое, ну а дальше второстепенные члены предложения.
В вопросительных предложениях выносится модальный глагол на первое место перед подлежащим.

So we may say, you dare for this. And this is really fascinating. We should regret nothing at all in our lives. we should be brave to face all the difficulties on our way and live through them
