1) Yes, it's possible to learn English in other places. If you have this opportunity, learn English abroad communicating with native speakers in Great Britain. You can use also the internet communication, travelling or simply read original english books or watch films in English. 2) I think people can learn foreign languages as well as native speakers do, but we must work hard for that. Not every student does all his best to learn English perfectly. 3) As for me I learn English because it's interesting and useful for me. English will help me in my future profession.I plan to visit Great Britain and communicate with the Englishmen.
