First, company is some people who work like one, they must be very friendly and kind.
Second, software and hardware are very important too because without it people can't work. Also data, i think, very secret and people who work in the company mustn't talk about the data with another people.
Third, i think that the process is the most important thing in the company. Process show, which company is - good or bad.
At the end I want to say that company doesn't need more for success.
