1 I usually have dinner at home, but sometimes in restaurant
2 I order steak with French fries and salad and I like to  drink a cup of coffe
3 there are also some national dishes: borsch, bacon, aspic
 4 Some self-service restaurant  will offer a line through which you go to choose your food. I would say that except for all-you-can-eat buffets, any restaurant that has a line where you serve yourself and put food on trays would be a self-service restaurants
Less expensive are fast food restaraunts
5 many self-service cafes opened throughout the country because of people like to have a brake at job in cafes
