I want to tell you about my health. I take care about me and my health. I eat only healthy and fresh food. For example I eat vegetables, fruit, meat and salad. And I do a lot of exercises every morning. It makes me healthy and cheerful all day long. And also I walk every day about 2 or 3 hours. And at the end I go to sleep very early a every next morning i wake up full of energy.
