It’s very important to choose the right food nowadays. Healthy and balanced diet is useful for every person. We depend on food as well as the cars depend on gas, for example. It’s our natural fuel, which gives our body physical strength and health. When the body is healthy, the mind will also be healthy. Different types of food contain different nutrients for our body. Some supply us with carbohydrates, some with proteins or fats, some with vitamins and minerals, etc. Many people think that fat is bad for people and they try to cut down on it.

Thomas Edison's most famous invention is probably the light-bulb; his favourite invention was the phonograph. The phonograph, he said would replace shorthand typists and it would be used to teach languages. He believed that a phonograph and a clock would actually say what the time was. He thought that people would send phonographic records instead of letters and that they would record the voices of their children and the last worlds of the dying. Edison also believed that people would listen to world-famous musicians on phonographs in their own homes. People have though early forgotten Edison's invention, but it was actually an early kind of records or cassete player.
