As your questions,I don't know how old your sister ,but you can buy a smartphone for you sister.Smartphones are very easy in use by small children's.There are can be different games for brain and for entertainment.
I have a little sister too ,boy she five years old ,and she have her own smartphone yet. We always play together without any technologies and it very interesting.
We usually celebrate our birthdays in April because me and my mother have birthday in this month,and in august ,because my sister and my father have birthday in this month. It's very fun
