the English language can be improved in many ways. In my opinion it is best to practice your English by watching tv shows or movies only with English subtitles which is now very fashionable. This allows you to meet new words and whole sentences. The next method which applies to improve my English are trips abroad and use only the English language. I really like also to repeat the words from the previous topics or chapters or reach for the dictionary to English in many words that improve my vocabulary.
