To tell you the truth, i am not so professional in arranging parties, but i will try to help you. I think that food should be both delicious and easy to cook. I advice you to offer guests various kinds of desserts. I consider that party should be outdoors, if weather is fine as guests will be able to enjoy it. Besides, outdoors you can offer more entertainments. For example, some running or jumping competitions.
