Мұхаммед Хайдар Дулати «Тарих-и Рашиди» еңбегінен үзінді

Бибігүл Ахметқызы Төлегенова - Қазақ Кеңестік опера әншісі, әртіс , ұстаз. Семей қаласында 16 желтоқсан 1929 дүниеге келген. Музыка жиі болатын отбасында өскен - әкесі скрипкада ойнап, ұнататын, анасы-татар жақсы ән айтатын . 1946 жылы жетінші сыныпта оқитын, ал ет жұмыс істеуге барды, содан кейін Бибігүл жазушы Галина Серебрякова атап өтті, ол қамқоршылығына  Төлегенова алды, оның алғашқы музыкалық сабақтар берді. Бибигульдің қалауымен ол 1954 жылы бітірді Алма-Ата, қазақ консерваториясының вокальды-хорлық факультетін кірді Қазақ мемлекеттік опера және балет театрының солисі - 1971 жылдан бастап. Абай.
